I am on month four of accutane I never used to break out I my chest but it is really bad now, mostly scars but I am too embarrassed to wear a bathing suit and had to buy special shirts to cover it. Will accutane get rid of these when my six months is up? Or should I do something else? Someone help please! I would put a picture but I don't know how to lol

Check this with your derm. They should monitor your progress when on accutane. Sometimes dosage needs to be adjusted. Few bumps on the road are to be expected when treating acne..

I've had facial and body acne for around 8 or 9 years and almost nothing I have tried orally has worked much on my body. What helped me personally was Tea Tree Oil soap, being gentle to the skin in the shower, and avoiding sweating in closed-off shirts and outfits (so wearing more loose outfits that let the skin breathe more). Not sure how old you are, but things like this can certainly come with age.

I can't comment on accutane b/c I've never used it, but sometimes the little things actually turn out to be really important with acne treatment and/or prevention
