Im 23/m .I have  very bad acne for 7 years now . I was on antibiotics 2 years ago it did clear up for some months but came back again. My derm has prescribed 10mg/day isotretinoin for 45 days along with benzol peroxide and clindamycin phosphate gel. Is this effective?will i have any side affects from this?

check the forum for sideeffects of accutane.u will have the same side effects(may be less in degree).

also, are u asked to use bp as spot treatment?

how's ur acne?mild or moderate?

i am glad ur derma gave u a low dose.

most no matter how mild or severe acne is jump for high doses!
