2 Capsules of Garlic with meals

It has to be cloves of raw garlic that you crush yourself. That's because crushing causes a chemical to react with an enzyme to produce allicin, the antibiotic. Allicin is unstable and breaks down over time, and it is destroyed by cooking. Capsules contain practically no allicin. The same is true of the crushed garlic you can buy in glass jars; it contains very little allicin.
