Those are not pasture raised. Regarding my cheat day, I broke out in a few moderate sized inflamed acne. Back to my diet I go.

How many egg yolks do you consume I day? Yes I know that the nutritious part of the eggs are the yolks and not the whites

2-3 per day.  That's good.  A lot of people have it completely backwards.. i have to end up explaining it to everyone I talk to -.- and then they're like, "what?! i don't believe you." Smh. lol.

of course yolk is the nutritious part.

its the actual "lil' baby" u see.

what most mean is they are worried about the cholesterol it gives.(studies recently show there's less/no connection).the white part they say is free of that worry.

plus its not like its completely useless.

1-2 or 3  full eggs a day(if u aint intolerant) for a normal person is good i think.

there's little connection between other cholesterol containing foods and your cholesterol levels too.  There are some people with a condition for which this is a problem and probably need medication, but this is a rare condition.  Most of the people avoiding fats and taking statins should not be. They should be consuming real food with fiber and moving around daily.

Status: Clear after 30 years. Wow, I guess it's been 6 years, now.

[ Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. Tried some nutrient supplements like B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and a BHA like the aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Then, Diet changes = Clear.

Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). No soap or other cleanser except for hand washing! Water only or Oil cleanse. Aloe Vera mixed with niacinimide and a high linoleic acid oil for moisturizer and reduce pigmentation.

Diet effects acne in so many ways: hormone balance, inflammation, Insulin levels, digestion, allergies and intolerances, liver function, adrenal function, SHBG levels, sebum quality, cell function and turnover, nutrient deficiencies, body fat, etc. Basic advice: Eat, sleep, supplement and exercise like you are a diabetic. And eat real food!

most people avoiding fats shouldnt worry about taking in full eggs?

if they are worries about fat, shouldnt they be worried about the fat yolk has(not that i worry about.that amount of fat is okay i suppose - but those who are up for size zero might have to worry)

i dnt support high fat diet but healthy fat IMO is very important.

are the yolks bad even if the chickens are not pasture raised? Or does this apply to the whites only?

Fish is the best thing that you can eat.It is the healthiest food .Unless it has high mercury levels.Check for mercury levels online. And fishes like Basa which are reared in polluted rivers (mekong river delta in Vietnam) should be avoided too.

u and i(specially us in bengal) are lucky than many because we dnt usually need to worry about 'injected' fishes.

the local markets(fish markets are famous in my state) mostly have variety of fishes which are fresh and dealt with organically.

how is it in delhi?

i am not sure about polluted or the mercury level.

any idea?

Well you should do a search on fishes which have the highest mercury levels. And avoid them. But i guess you must be consuming mainly fresh water fishes. You need not worry about mercury poisoning in fresh water fishes.Because it is in traces ...

Alterntavista, do you consume any seafood? If so which ones do you consume, and which brand?
