I took 12-20 grams of pantothenic acid for three months and I did notice my skin wasn't as greasy. However, my pores appeared to be bigger. It did not help my blackheads at all. I'm wondering if vitamin b5 changes the quality of sebum so that it has a higher viscosity. Did anyone else notice clogged pores, but skin that appeared less oily while taking b5?
