Help Me Win

7 posts in this topic

Hello. I'm 17 years old male, i have acne since 14 (maybe 13). It's a never ending battle for me, i never had clear face after i turned 14. It's middle acne i thing. I won't call it small, but it's not huge either. I decided to change my diet.

Encouraged by this man, i decided to change my diet dramaticly.

That'll be the finest part of my topic: I do not gain weight. Ever since i can remember i eat what i want, and my BMI is perfect, nearly at the border of underweight. I do not need to exercise or anything. If i do - it's ok, if i do not - it;s ok too :) Strange. Anyone knows similar case? I'm very curious if this is connected with my acne.

From tommorow ( it's after 22:30 in my time zone) i will take care what i put into my mouth. I'll use a vitamins + change my "diet".

It'll be a huge leap for me, Please help me win at last, and tell me all waht you now, about eating healthy. Everything that could help me now.

Peace, and may you all conquer this faulty shit.

Well it’s lucky for you that you do not gain weight, but to keep away acne you have to reduce your carb intake and by this I mean simple carbs specifically. Also avoid sugars and processed foods.

Wholemeal or dark rye bread is fine, but in general it is better to have carbs in moderation if you have acne issues. I am saying this from personal experience because avoiding carbs as much as I can has really benefited me.

Yup, I guess staying away from bread all together would be a good idea. Instead, if you really feel the urge to have some carbs, try brown or red rice.
