Been eating just broccoli and cooking steamed chicken breast everyday for the last few days. Of course eating this is kinda making me sick because the taste is very bland.
What other foods can i eat where the taste is okay and it doesn't make acne worst?
I ate brown rice a lot the last 2 month and well i started to see more pimples. I had thought brown rice was good since i use to eat white rice and read brown rice had no gluten.
I also juice cucumber juice as well.
Is there any healthy foods i can make that won't make my acne worst? If i make salad, then i can't use salad dressing etc.
I stopped eating bread b/c i read there is gluten and wheat in it. I can't even have a sandwich. I read you shouldn't eat red meat like steak etc and even stuff like ham is not good for your skin.
I use to eat granola bars and love it but stopped b/c it has glutten, wheat and lot of sugar. I also loved eating cereal with milk but i stopped it b/c it has lot of sugar and wheat. I also stopped eating cheese b/c it breaks me out. I stopped eating any chocolate b/c thats another thing that has breaken my face out.
What can i even eat anymore?
I so want to have a breakfast like eggs and sausages or biscuits but i cant obviously. I cant even eat pizza, steak or ice cream once because each time i eat it, i break out.
I obviously have a very tough time when outside eating b/c well everything isn't good unless you order a salad.
