Ok, I've been suffering from mild-severe acne since I was 15 then I found this product:

Benoxyl 5 lotion from Stiefel. My face completely cleared and I was acne free for a few years then

they discontinued the product and I was lost.

Then I found this website acne.org and tried all products but did not seem like it was working for me,  then I found

this product: BP lotion from Spectro.

The BP lotion was similar to the one from Stiefel and it actually worked for me for a couple years...

but suddenly a few weeks ago, it stopped working for me.

I started getting acnes around my mouth and nose and they are painful.

I don't know what I should do now..

Even I want to try Dan's products again, shipping to Canada is too costly so I can't take the risk..

Can anyone give me an advice?

I know how you feel. I started using the acne.org regimen with BP about a year ago. Over the last month I've had acne on my forehead and chin that I haven't experienced since before starting the regimen. This is really unsettling as you can imagine, and I'm praying that it isn't the regimen completely stopping working.

This site says that its impossible for skin to build up resistance to benzoyl peroxide, so I'm not sure whats going on?

What have you tried? There's nothing with a similar concentration of BP in Canada? Clearasil Persagel 10 and Panoxyl are what we have that might help you; Oxy is a company that makes 5% BP cream as well. When BP doesn't work for me (I go back and forth) I try sulfur products and am about to try Mario Badescu. His drying serum and buffering lotion have sulfur and I'm hoping they're work, but they're not cheap.

I hear you. I have been on this roller coaster for years. BP dries out your skin and when your skin is stressed it creates more oil and then you get rebound acne. I just discovered Liquid oxygen products that are really working for me - and no BP. For the first time in years my skin is clear and it isn't irritated - its actually soft and NOT greasy. Their blackhead astringent really cleared out my pores. I ordered their system from their website.
