does it matter what time u sleep

YES!!!

I sprout my buckwheat. Soak for about 30 minutes and drain. And rinse and drain. Then let sit at room temp. They start sprouting in about 8 hours. Rinse again before cooking to get rid of the starch. Or I think you can have them raw.

Status: Clear after 30 years. Wow, I guess it's been 6 years, now.

[ Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. Tried some nutrient supplements like B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and a BHA like the aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Then, Diet changes = Clear.

Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). No soap or other cleanser except for hand washing! Water only or Oil cleanse. Aloe Vera mixed with niacinimide and a high linoleic acid oil for moisturizer and reduce pigmentation.

Diet effects acne in so many ways: hormone balance, inflammation, Insulin levels, digestion, allergies and intolerances, liver function, adrenal function, SHBG levels, sebum quality, cell function and turnover, nutrient deficiencies, body fat, etc. Basic advice: Eat, sleep, supplement and exercise like you are a diabetic. And eat real food!

Do you consume olive oil? If so which brand?

Also, how much % of your diet consists of grains?

as far as i am concerned,it seems time as in what time i sleep matters less.

i might be wrong of course.

but i am on holiday, its been quite some time now.even when with classes i needn't get up early that is.

so i take arng 1.30 -2.30 am to fall asleep generally and get up after about 8 hrs.

its been the same for a long long time.

I use Napa Valley Organics from Whole Foods. And I don't know what percent I eat is grains. I don't track such things. Besides, buckwheat isn't a grain. It's a seed. A fairly benign seed anti-nutrient wise, especially since I sprout it. I also add some soaked oats when I cook it. Oats being a fairly benign anti-nutrient wise grain. And coconut, another seed. And sunflower seeds, which I sprout.

How much olive oil do you consume a day? Would you consider 4-5 tablespoons as excessive?

Grains are seeds of grasses. Buckwheat, like quinoa, are not grasses.

okay.

so grains are seeds of caryopsis family.but in agronomy and commercially ones from other families like lentils, chickpeas,

buckwheat listed under pseudocereal grain for they are similar is many aspects.

there are blogs where buckwheat is classified as grains.

its bad, they should particularly mention since its a marginal and commercial term.
