I'm new here and just started using the Aha+ I've heard and read on acne.org that it takes ur skin from clear to perfect just like Dan says and also fades the red/pink marks. Is that true?

Yes. It exfoliates your skin. So it removes the dead skin from your face and helps dark spots fade more quickly. If your on The Regimen, don't start using it till your skin is used to BP.

My Daily Regimen

AM Regimen

Cleanser- Cetaphil Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)

Benzoyl Peroxide- Dan's 2.5% BP

Moisturizer- Dan's Moisturizer with Olay Complete All-day Moisturizer with sunscreen SPF 15

PM Regimen:

Cleanser- Cetaphil Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)

Benzoyl Peroxide- Dan's 2.5% BP

Moisturizer- Dan's Moisturizer or Dan's AHA+ (1 or 2 times/week)

it helps unclog pores(to a certain extent depending on the % and frequency of use) and also helps remove the upper layer of dead cells.

so the epidermal layers shift and swap faster thus 'fastening' the lightening process.

it doesnt have the typically lightening mechanism as such.
