How Long Does It Take To Breakout From "triggers" And How Long For The Breakouts To Then Stop?

Hi everyone, just a couple of questions to answer please for anyone that has managed to work it out.

 

 

How long does it take for you to breakout from any "triggers" that you know you have? 

 

How long does it then take for the breakouts to stop?

 

 

Ie. not how long for the breakouts to fade but how long for new spots to stop forming\pop up. Eg. if sugar is your trigger and you eat a chocolate bar, drink a coke etc which then leads to a breakout, how long for the spots to first appear and for how long will spots be triggered to breakout, just one breakout or will you continue to breakout for a while?

But some wanted there cake and to eat it too, free of health problems, so they made a pact with the devil and sold their soul's for acne free skin.

We see these people consuming delicious breaded, dough based meals, baked goods and confectioneries but with crystal clear skin.
These people are walking with the devil!!
They are the spawn of satan!!

I'm sure it depends on the person, but the last time I drank something that triggers me (water kefir--and I already pretty much knew I was reactive to it) I broke out instantly. There was a stabbing pain in my cheek and I felt a huge cyst forming before the glass was even done. It's been almost a month now and that cyst is barely starting to heal.


Current Skin-Care Regimen (A work in progress):

 

Morning:

Gentle wash with DKR cleanser

Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% (Following Dan's Regimen)

DKR Lotion + A squirt of Argan or Grapeseed oil (The  lotion alone wasn't hydrating enough)

Skin 79 Korean BB Cream (excellent stuff)

 

Evening:

Gentle Wash with DKR Cleanser

Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% (Following Dan's Regimen)

DKR Lotion + A squirt of Argan or Grapeseed oil

For me it's the next day, and I don't believe that I continue to break out.  But I've avoided the food for so long, I don't recall.


Status: Clear after 30 years. Wow, I guess it's been 6 years, now.

[ Story: Severe Acne since I was 10. 10+ years of Dermatologists, Antibiotics, topicals and ACCUTANE did nothing. Discovered oranges triggered the worst of my cystic acne = about 70% improvement. Tried some nutrient supplements like B-complex with zinc and C, saw palmetto and a BHA like the aspirin mask = more improvement, a lot less oily. Then, Diet changes = Clear.

Regimen: Anti-inflammatory, nutrient dense, blood sugar stabilizing diet and supplements (for hormones, inflammation, aging, health). No soap or other cleanser except for hand washing! Water only or Oil cleanse. Aloe Vera mixed with niacinimide and a high linoleic acid oil for moisturizer and reduce pigmentation.

Diet effects acne in so many ways: hormone balance, inflammation, Insulin levels, digestion, allergies and intolerances, liver function, adrenal function, SHBG levels, sebum quality, cell function and turnover, nutrient deficiencies, body fat, etc. Basic advice: Eat, sleep, supplement and exercise like you are a diabetic. And eat real food!

Can you consume sardines?

 

eggs w/ham,vegetables ,chicken breast,salad,beans, then green smoothie, lunch tuna or sardines, dinner steak or chicken again with salad. everything plain

but I'm starting to consider the air diet cause i still break out. i used to weigh 190 i weigh 160 now, work out everyday and started caveman regimen a week ago. face still looks like shit.

What type of sardines do you eat and what type of eggs?
