Alright i'm aware that corn and wheat cause acne and have had clients that have reported sorghum causing acne although I never tested sorghum on myself. I'm currently interested in fixing up an alternative bread recipe so I would like to know based on your personal experiences which grains/carbs cause acne for you people?   Tapioca Flour? Potato Starch? Chick Pea flour? Rolled Oats? White Rice Flour? Brown RIce Flour?

I also would appreciate any good bread recipes.

You can buy almond flour/meal and coconut flour to make bread or crusts if you want to make a pizza. Those 2 are relatively safe.

Thanks for your answer mel, i'm aware of those two however almond flour is ridiculously expensive in my country and coconut flour usually needs other ingredients added for composure and texture to make a decent bread alternative, which is why I'm curious of what grains/carbs/legumes would be safe. Beause I live in Peru i'm actually going to use quinoa flour as a base ingredient.
