For me Vitamin D help more on fighting infection and building strong bones. I did not notice any changes in terms of skin being less oily. However, I just bask in the sun for 20-30 minutes everyday to get my daily vitamin D. I stopped being afraid of the sun after a decade of using sunscreen :D

AM/PM Skin Care Routine

Facial Wash - Raw and Organic Honey or Andalou Naturals Clarifying Facial Wash

Toner - Witch Hazel extract or Andalou Naturals Clarifying Toner

Moisturizer - Sunflower Oil

Twice a week Aztec Bentonite Clay Mask

Supplements:

Zinc Gluconate or Chelated Zinc (Solgar) - 22/25 mg twice a day

Chromium Polynicotinate GTF - 200mcg - twice a day - helps with weight loss and insulin sensitivity
