I've been curious about taking Vegetable capsules

but wanted to get a few educated opinions before making the splurge.

Are they a good option?

I already eat a fairly clean and healthy, mostly raw diet

but I don't always feel like im getting all of my daily nutrients.

i did some research and found these.. http://www.amazon.co..._pr_product_top

i'd like some opinions :)

Those look good, and most reviews are positive. I wonder what the rest of the ingredients are, is it just raw foods or do they have added preservatives? Is it a juice powder or a capsule? Hard to tell from the photo

Supplements: inositol, DIM [had to stop for now, don't seem to need them anymore!], digestive enzymes [don't need them every day anymore, only on cheat days], herpanacine & vitamin C with rose hips [not every day], regular sun exposure for vitamin D3, superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme supplements, magnesium citrate.

Lifestyle & Skin Care: Low histamine diet, avoiding unnecessary stress, balancing skin's PH (using Image Ormedics), using distilled/ filtered water to wash face, occasional high frequency facials...
