I am completely lost. My acne is absolutely killing me. None are cystic, but my cheeks and chin are covered in skin colour, and red pimples. I've also recently developed a patch around 1.5 cm in width, which is red, dry and hard, but is not painful. I'm not sure what it is.

Also, I get a breakout the same day every week. I will wake up the next morning with whiteheads on my chin. I have sports on this day, but i don't sweat, and i can't recall touching my face more than i usually do, so i have no idea why this is.

I'm currently using a face exfoliator, followed by 10% benozyl peroxide cream. Are there any other treatment suggestions? I've used tetracycline, but i stopped it because it wasn't helping, although i may have stopped it prematurely. Because of the nature of antibiotics, i don't think i can go back on it.

I really appreciate the help.

Skin patch could indicate a number of things. I would visit a dermatologist.

Psoriasis could be one thing. Fungal infection could be another. I can't see it so it's hard to diagnose.

Weekly breakouts are likely a result of environmental factors. Look at your diet, see if there's a pattern. Also look at workouts and other routines.

So would cardio exercise help stop breakouts, or cause them?

Usually exercise is more of a causative factor in fungal skin infections and other topical stuff, but helps for internal causes. This sounds like it could be more topical, so my guess is that cardio workouts would make it worse

So the outbreak happened again BUT i now know two things. It begin with clogged pores the night before, and my chin was a bit inflamed. The next day there were loads of small whiteheads. So what is the cause of this? I had a cup of milk, some chocolate and cream. Could this be the cause?

Yes, it certainly could. I would cut dairy immediately and see what happens.
