It's been a few months since I started my regimen (exact dates can be seen in my log) and I just wanted to update you all on how I'm doing. These are some examples of what my skin looked like before:

And here's what it looks like today, taken with an 18 mega pixel DSLR in natural lighting with no makeup on or editing except for lighting and saturation tweaks:

I pretty much never wear makeup anymore. I still gets some small spots about a week before my period which I dab some Duac on and are usually gone within a couple of days. I rarely ever use the Duac anymore; only on small spots and bumps that appear when I've not been getting enough sleep, I've been stressed or neglected my routine a bit (but truthfully I don't break out in a bad way when I stray from it anymore). My PIH still shows up when I'm very cold or very hot, but it's fading really well now. Thankyou to everybody that supported me through this. I'll try to stick around more - sorry for being gone so long, I've had a lot of problems in real life. I don't know if it'll ever come back or not as I still have two weeks of anti biotics left, but I forgot to take them for about a month and nothing happened. I'm stretching them out so that my body has time to stop being as reliant on them and it's not just a complete crash once I come off them. To be honest I think it was the Duac and not picking that made the difference anyway. Thankyou for reading, and I hope you're all doing Ok.

Currently clear of acne with the occasional hormonal breakout. Check out my routines and progress updates here:
