probiotics is not for everyone as some of the strains have the opposite effect. Try getting probiotics from natural sources like home made dairy kefir if you don't break out.

Thanks for that. I wish I'd known that before that. Is there a kefir thread that I can read? as I'm not sure what it is.

i broke out really bad from probiotics as well. mostly on my forehead and i took milk thistle and it cleared it up pretty quickly. i just figured it was because the probiotics had dairy in them, and they werent the best brand. they say its best to get probiotic pills that are refridgerated, otherwise theyre dead and do nothing. and i recommend water kefir, instead of the dairy, but thats just me. :]

Sorry to hear that bro, do a search and you will find a lot of people break out from probiotics.  Messed up, I know, and they are expensive too

Ah, that may be the case, it may very well be because it contains dairy (though I haven't checked yet) but I've heard that some people just cannot ingest probiotics in supplement form. For someone who hasn't seen a true spot in that area for years, it's quite shocking. Mine was refrigerated though, with a few billion cultures. I'm looking into Kefir now, seeing as how Binga was kind enough to give me a good resource.

Lol I know right?. I should have searched before I bought them, but I didn't think they could do any harm. I've wasted money now :/
