im really confused, some people say yogurt is good for your skin, others say its bad. I have Astro Original Organic yogurt and I was wondering if it would make be break out if I ate it?

You just have to try it. It depends on what kind of intolerance to dairy you may or may not have.

I agree with alternativista.

I think it will depend on your sensitivity/intolerance to dairy.  Also, sugar (!).
