i have been on paleo diet for 2 months and 20 days. my acne is minimal! my face is dried up!! no more oil! no more pimples. i have new skin. i do not have to worry about getting enough sleep or what i put on my face because acne is internal. it has been such a slow process but it is so rewarding. i expect to be 100% in 2 months. everyone do the paleo diet. it will cure your acne!! at least cut the sugar and grains!

Congratulations on your current progress! Keep up the great work and hopefully you'll still be clear in the next few months :).

 

I see you're also taking Zinc and Vitamin D3. If you decide not to take them anymore and is still clear please let us know, k? :3

wow. you are fast to reply haha! :) i want to decrease the zinc to 15mg but i will probably take d3 the rest of my life. but maybe i will go ahead and cut it for one month and see what happens.

I actually just happened to be going through my daily posts when your post suddenly came up wink.png.

 

I've been taking 15mg of Zinc myself from a small vitamin melting tablet every day for the past 2 months. If hasn't helped me as much as I was hoping. 15 mg of Zinc is actually 100 percent of our daily needs, so i wouldn't go any more beyond that. They make them in 50mg vitamin pills where I'm from. 30 mg seems like a lot to me because I throw up just by taking 25 mg, so please do be careful and make sure you take them with food. As for the D3, people seem to be going up and down with the amounts, from 2,000 IU to 10,000 IU. You're doing great at 2,000 IU, keep it up. As for the zinc, you should be getting it from your Paleo's diet anyway since I think some meat and fish already has zinc in it.

i throw up at 60mg of zinc. i was on vitamin D3 10k for 2 months but i tested way in toxic range ( i was deficient before!) so i dropped it to 2k,
