Found The Most Delicious Snack! Try This Is You Are A Dark Chocolate-Lover

3 posts in this topic

So I went to the mall to do some shopping .. I Don't eat sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, etc. but sometimes I really crave chocolate!! (especially around that time of the month u know) , but I know I can't have some :(

But then I went to the health food section, and I found some really awesome raw chocolate - Pacari ecuadorian organic chocolate 100% - it is made without sugar (of cause since it is 100% cacao)

It is full of healthy antioxidants and free of almost everything acne-prones tend to avoid, I think.

I chopped a 10g piece (60 calories, 4 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein) in small pieces and mixed it with fresh blueberries - It was really delicious and it did not break me out .. try it! :D

Sounds excellent. I've been off and on with a strict diet also for the past couple of years and I recently consumed 85% dark chocolate for the first time. It's actually so much better tasting in my opinion than milk chocolate. As a warning though, if you ever end up losing control and eating a whole bar or even half of a bar, be prepared for a pretty intense headache soon after. I had this happen multiple times since it tasted so good and I was in denial that the headaches were caused by chocolate ha. Has your diet been the main catalyst in clearing your skin?

I love 90% dark chocolate and don't find it breaks me out either. It tastes amazing! It has lot's of magnesium and iron in it as well so it is really good for you! I also find if I eat too much it gives me a migraine, and it has natural caffeine in it so don't eat it too soon before going to sleep.

Love and accept yourself for exactly who you are right now.

100% clear, if I follow the diet.
