HI,
I have been sufferinf from Cystic Acne over 2 years. I have tried Adapelene, Benzyol Peroxide, diet.. In vain.
Now, every night before going to bed, I wash my face and apply Tretin 0.025%.
It has been 2 weeks, I do not find any change.
Please help.

I found no change after 3 months, actually made it a lot worse, there is no telling as that's the lowest dose and you havent been on it for long.

If I were you, I'd talk to my dermatologist and considering Accutane. Creams don't really do much to cysts, since cysts are beneath the skin by a couple layers and can only be fought with actual tablets/pills. Seriously, talk to him about Accutane.
Oh and it would also be helpful if you could post a picture or two of your face to see the acne. Good luck!
