I got my first zip when I was 10 years old. My mother quickly bought me every product under the sun to help control my acne my young, sensitive skin never responded well to any of them. By age 13 I had tried the clean and Clear Advantage, Proactive, Clearasil, neutrogena's skin ID and almost every product out there. Every spot treatment gave me rash and every pill I was given made me throw up. By 15 I began to break out less and less but when I did break out it was awful. Birth control pills helped some, but the problem didn't go away. As I've gotten older my skin has become less sensitive and I'm able to use harsher products. My acne was almost completely under control but I had a new problem to deal with, acne scars.
My left cheek was the place I had my worst breakouts. Every time I looked in the mirror I'd see a large, deep scar and be reminded of all those years I got mocked and felt ugly. There aren't that many chemical based scar removal treatments out there so I turned to the internet to help me. I found an article about Honey and how many benefits it has for skin. For one, its a natural anti-inflammatory killing the bacteria that causes acne. It heals wounds, in this case acne and acne scabs. It cleanses, its moisturizes, it's a sunscreen, and it smells good.
Then I discovered a honey mask recipe with more added benefits from three more ingredients. Ground cinnamon helps dry out the pimples and brings oxygen to the skin's surface. Eggnog is another anti-inflammatory and lemon juice is a natural toner that helps remove scars and pimples.
Just after my first use, my skin looked and felt instantly better. I decided that until my acne was completely gone I would use this every other day and then switch to only 2 times a week. Its been a month and my skin looks the best it ever has. This is the best acne and acne scar treatment I ever tried and I've tried everything. My skin is almost 100 percent clear which it hasn't been since I was ten year old.
2 table spoons of raw honey
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of ground nutmeg
as much fresh lemon juice as you want to add *note: the more lemon juice added the more it will sting and more dry your skin will be
Keep on face from anywhere to 15-60
-Don't plan to put on a ton of makeup after use because your skin needs to breathe. A lot of makeup will reclog your pores and you won't get the maximum results.
-Use a toner and moisturize after
