You don't have any scarring - just wait it out.

Well not exactly scars more like marks and bump. I've had them for like 4 or 5 months and wondering well they go faster after I'm done with accutane.

Have you talked to your dermatologist for your red marks? I am talking about those dermatologists that know how to treat acne scars/marks with laser or chemical peels.

Yeah I asked him and he told me after a few weeks after I finish accutane, I should use Bio-oil but I'm not sure that will work. I am tempted with laser and chemical (have to wait six months doh after using accutane), also it does cost a lot of money and takes some time.
The top middle one picture is the most clear pic I have, I'm hoping someone who had similar marks and bumps could give me some advice or help?

My red marks look fairly similar to yours (although mine are completely flat?) and I was told I have post-inflammation hyper pigmentation. My derm told me that a) time is often the best cure for this b) Accutane should "speed up the healing process" of this and c) She recommended this cream called Skinoren that often helps with this problem. After about 6 weeks use, I am starting to see my red marks fade and this stuff has got great reviews.
Don't know if this helps much but...

My derm told me accutane slows down the healing process. Thanks I'll think about getting it
no thanks for the helping me I appreciate it, happy someone else had this problem.

I dont know much about Bio-oil for red marks. I have tried jojoba oil and emu oil for my red and dark marks but they did not really work. In fact, I think jojoba oil broke me out.
I have not tried Accutane and I am mostly struggling with my red and brown marks now. I tried Lactic Acid peel which was good in control my acne but it did not do much for my marks. I tried TCA peel from 12.5%, 18%, and 25%, they got rid of some marks along my jawline. But the marks on my cheeks were still there.
I talked to a dermatologist who does chemical peels and laser skin resurfacing. She told me Sublative Rejuvenation which is like Radio Frequency Skin Resurfacing. She said it can improve my marks to a point where I wont be too conscious about them. I am still doing more research on this treatment. Also, I asked her about Photofacial as known as Intense Pulse Light. She told me it is good for brown age spots but not that good for post acne marks.
About the cost, for a partial face treatment of Sublative Rejuvenation, it is $500 and I may need 3 or 4 treatments 4 weeks apart. I am not rich or anything. But the emotional pain these marks brought to me over the past 9 months was really bad. At this point, I am willing to pay up to $10,000 to get rid of them.
Hope this helps.

Well I am considering it but the cost is a big factor for the sessions I have to do. and I hear it can even make your skin worse but I just want to rid myself of my ugly acne past, I have to wait 6 months after finishing accutane, so I'll wait and see how my skin looks like when the time comes around.
