Benzoyl peroxide keeps my face all-but free of acne. However, I don't use it on my neck/throat area as I believe it's too drying and my skin is sensitive. 

 

BUT I get the occasional cyst on my throat area. They are red, inflamed, and take weeks to subside. I also get a mild shaving rash too (see picture - it looks worse than this sometimes). 

 

Any suggestions on what I can use to prevent this?
