Doxy Resistance - Lymecycline Now?

My first course of doxy was great cleared me up, second not so much since Im still active after 4 mo of Doxy. My derm knows this Abx only.. so on my next visit I want to choose my own Abx. Should I go Lymecycline of Mino? Suggestions please.
