So I went to my derm, signed all the stuff, got my booklet. My letter with my user name and password just came in the mail but is not letting me log on? Do I have to wait for my second appointment and get something else? Do I have to wait to get my second negative pregnancy test then take the quiz? I'm so confused. If anyone has been throught the process help! I'd hate to screw this up..

I actually didn't get a password in the mail. At my next appointment I had my second negative pregnancy test and called to get my password and was then able to take the quiz without any problem. So yes, I think your dermatologist has to enter in your information (pregnancy test results, primary & secondary methods of birth control) before you can do the quiz anyway.
