Hi i was wondering if anybody can help me identify what type of acne or condition this is on the chin from this thread http://www.acne.org/...th-my-chin-pic/

I've been to the dermatologist and asked him about my chin and  told me they were clogged pores but i've had this for more than a year. He's prescribed me with some topical gels and given me a cleanser but haven't seen any improvement really. I was also on dans regimen a year ago for my other acne but im not quite sure if it helped with my chin bumps. If i were to incorporate the AHA would that help to unclog the pores on my chin? if anybody can help me i would highly appreciate it!
