I am posting to report my great success with zinc gluconate ( 30 mg/ twice a day), amazing 80% cured, better for me than accutane and even Diane 35. Actually I am taking diane 35 + zinc, almost cured after three months, but still oilly face.
My next step is B5 (500 mg). I would like to ask Fredbelgian, didn't you have hair lost or other adverse side effect with B5? I am little scary.
