What Is The Best Foundation Makeup For Someone With Adult Acne That Will Give Coverage And Not Break Out Skin?

I want to buy a foundation at a drugstore not a department store so it's less expensive. What brand of Foundation is good for adult acne and will give me good coverage but not break me out more?

I get good coverage (pics in my post u can see the difference) with an oil free BB cream by garnier that's cheap, and bare minerals powder foundation but loreal do a cheaper mineral powder
