Is the following product safe and moisturizing enough (safe as in it wont clog pores?)

 

ingredients: water, polysorbate 20, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, pehnoexyethanol, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, triethanolamine, caprylyl glycol, hexylene glycol, fragrance/parfum, propanediol

I would say no and suggest using this one instead. http://www.walmart.c...-12-Oz/10314797 I like to refrigerate mine so it's cool on the skin.
