First off, know that nothing is that is categorized as a miracle will work for everyone.  It's a way for people to make lots of money on people that are desperately needing a solution to their skin woes.  I have been sucked in many times with programs such as:

 

Acne erasing secrets (the guy David has a youtube page)

Acne free in 3 days and such.

 

Save your cash, read up the nutrition forum and you'll get real opinions of pograms from real people that you can talk to for free.  A matter of a fact, here's some free advice for you now.  If you're doing the diet thing, try cutting out some of the following (not all at once so you don't stress yourself to pieces)

 

dairy

gluten

grains (known as going paleo)

 

Eat lots of veggies, some fruit, drink lots of water

 

There, diet in a nutshell

 

Some people recommend doing an allergy test to see if you're sensitive to stuff but again that costs mony.

 

If the above doesn't work for you, you could try to gut healing diet.

 

The diet route is a bitch and often times very frustrating but its worth a try if you haven't.  It didn't help me acne wise non but it has helped quite a few people on this site.
