Lots of pics with different lighting and angles. What is that on my face? Seems like ice pick scars or clogged pores but im not sure. Ive been using DKR regimen for about 2-3 weeks now but only doing it once a day in the morning and havent been putting a full finger length amount of BP, only about as much as they tell you to in the first week. But they say it only works if you follow the steps of putting 2 pumps of cleanser and moisturizer and the finger length of BP two times day. I use 2 pumps of cleanser in the shower but I dont think I would ever be able to put 2 pumps of that moisturizer on my face its just to much. I would much rather have a natural way of clearig up acne than putting all those chemicals on my face twice a day.

Is this acne from diet, hormones, or...? I do believe that irritation causes a lot of acne I try not to touch my face at all through out the day and change my pillow case once a week. What other tips are there that help acne? For instance ive heard on these fourms that omega 3 helps but not sure how

It seems like your question is really about what causes acne. I'll give you some links.

http://www.acne.org/whatisacne.html

and

http://www.acne.org/...es-of-acne.html

The Regimen does work best when it's followed very precisely. That's why we do stress following it closely and working your way up to the full suggested amount. If you are happy using less, then you may do what suits you. But if you don't follow it according to the instructions and then wonder why you aren't clear, it's likely because you didn't use it correctly. Ultimately, it's entirely up to you. We want you to get clear no matter which method you choose.
