Woke up with like four whiteheads on my cheeks yesterday. Squeezed them and they came out. Today I've woken up, they're there once again. Squeezed them and they've bled. Now there's a big bloody patch where I've tore the skin off. What'll help this cure and quick?

Ice using a plastic/paper towel and then put some aloe vera. Also go to a derm asap you might get scarring
