Very positive!

There's this video game I love where they actually shoot the king of Hell in the head. lol.gif It's awesome.

I was just Googling "what happens after death" before reading your post actually. I don't think anything happens. You just go up in smoke.

Edit: apparently going up in smoke doesn't mean what I thought it did. What I meant was that I think you just disappear; one moment you're there and the next...you're not.

When you die, your body and brain stops functioning. And without the brain you can't feel or think anything, that's all. Think about some nights when you sleep very tight and don't see any dreams - that's how it's gonna be. Just, heh, forever.

I heard someone say once that waking up, having a day, then going to sleep and waking up the next day might be a symbol for a bigger picture where people are born, they live, they die and then they are born again. I don't know if I think that's likely but I thought it was an interesting thought.

Ultimately no one knows everything but we all know something. I think we should know better at this point than to hold on to the antiquated idea of people having a soul which is eternal. I think there is more to us than we are aware of but it's obvious that certain ideas belong to the past. I should stop talking about this now as the conversation is getting off-topic.

1. Becoming more confident and happier (with or without acne)

2. Finishing my first uni degree this year

3. Meeting new people

Of course, I'd love clear skin too, but who knows how much longer that could take? - may as well try and live life anyway in the meantime..

Interesting point, but we know that our brain is very busy during the night organizing and archiving, sending electric impulses to the forebrain which analyzes them and try to make sense of them - it's then we dream. Besides, many important hormones are secreted and the body get repaired for the next day. So many things happen during our sleep which makes me think this metaphor is not really suiting :)

That's another thing he said; that after people die, they "have a bit of a dream" just before starting a new life. But I see where you are coming from. eusa_think.gif

It's a strange world. One thing I heard is that if you were to try to go through a wormhole in space you wouldn't arrive at the other end. Instead there will then be two of you. One on both sides of the hole. lol.gif So you'd have made a copy of you! It's all very strange. ermm.gif

By the way, your English is very good. ^_^
