I have been
Paleo for a year now, and on the gut diet since september. I have been taking probiotics (50 billion) for a month and a half now, took prebiotics before that while also taking 10 bil probiotics. I have eliminated eggs because I may be allergic to them, and I eat no nuts. I also take a 365 brand multivitamin daily so I doubt I am severely malnourished. I have no known health problems and I do light weight lifting, which has been proven to reduce long term inflammation so exercise is being taken care of. I do not eat cheese, nor do I eat dark chocolate, nor any dairy product. I'm a pretty relaxed person and I get ample sleep. Advice?
