Would it be safe to use kelo-cote gel (ingredients: polysiloxanes and silicon dioxide) while on accutane?

Ask a doc.

Plastic surgery is never the answer. See a therapist first. I'm not kidding. It really sounds like you're struggling with BDD.

Regarding the acne + accutane, my body acne isnt getting better unfortunately

Acne is still the same on body.

I was playing some basketball last night and some guys chin caught my shoulder, and this is the area where i have a lot of acne. Hopefully this doesnt prevent the acne from healing perfectly. I think i will be fine.

Anyone here with body acne play contact sports?

Thought I would update. I discontinued the accutane. It made me feel weird (I took about 20 20mg pills over a course of 1.5 months). I also got a scar from a pimple on my cheek that I rarely get. Thanks to accutane..
