Hi My son uses an organic seaweed scrub bar-  the Health Scrub Bar from a company called Marble Hill that contains tea tree oil and jojoba with other plant oils. His skin is much clearer when he uses it, pain and swelling reduced and he looks and feels much better. Since  he has been using it he doesn't use anything else except their jojoba moisturiser, you can only get it instore in Ireland but they sell online. I would really recommend it to anyone who has a lot of pain as it is very good for sore swollen spots and because it is a bar you can exfoliate with it as well.
