So, this is not a real scientific effort, but it kind of makes sense, I think.. Dairy and sugar, yep, they break me out... But I've found that when I chase or precede it with an ounce of raw, organic cider vinegar, I get fewer breakouts. I know vinegar does help lower blood-glucose levels, so this may be what's behind it! Anyway, just a thought. Might be worth a try/experiment. best of luck and healthy skin to you all! <3
P.s. insulin surges increase sebum production, so that's why I got to this conclusion. Just to clarify..
