After browsing this sub section of the forum, I'm now pretty sure that i have a hypertrophic scar on my nose. I'm planning to see a dermatologist early next month. I was wondering if whatever treatment I get flattens it, does that mean that the excess tissue is gone and my pores will function like normal on that spot? Because at the moment, this area feels firm and there are no visible pores compared to the rest of my nose :/.
