Hey you guys! Ive posted before, but i need more advice! Anyways I have these really weird skin colored bumps that I started gettin during last summer, mostly on my forehead but a few on my cheeks. Even though they are skin colored they cause my skin to have this overall weird general redness and I have no idea what to do! At first I thought it was pityrosporum folliculitis but I have no idea because they haven't really responded to any treatments. Also, Acne treatments make them way worse. I have about the same bumps on my legs and chest but not as bad. The bumps get better when it's colder but then when it's hot it feels like they get so much worse. When I have dance and our dance room is hot my skin gets so itchy and red/blotchy and the bumps that are on my legs get worse. Could it be a heat rash? Pleaseeeee help! I give a metaphorical cookie to whoever can give me advice ;)

Bumpppp! Please help my skin texture is so gross I have no idea what to do
