Does glycolic acid cause more clogged pores? I've been using Alpha Hydrox 10% Glycolic Acid Lotion for about a month and a half now and it seems like it caused even more clogged pores on my cheeks and forehead. Is this part of purging? even though I've been using it every night 30 plus days? Thanks for any replies.

I think its just the acid exfoliating and you need to be sure your washing the residue (dead skin cells etc) thoroughly away everymorning.
