I have a lot of blackheads on one side of my face. If you look at my face from the front, it looks like I have a fairly clear face, but if you look at the sides of my face, I have a lot of blackheads and clogged pores on the right side near the hairline, and fewer blackheads and clogged pores on the left side. Can someone please explain this?

I try to sleep face-up, not on my side, and it's definitely not from the cell phone. I don't use the cell phone a lot and the cell phone touches my left side, not my right. I'm trying a warm compress to loosen up these blackheads or bring them to a head. What the heck is causing these blackheads and clogged pores, and what can I do?!
