Ingrown Hair On Chest For 7 Months Should I Pop It?

hello. about 7 months ago i shaved my chest using a cheap razor and experianced a total cluster of ingrown hairs. i popped what i could but attempted to pop when that wasnt really read to be popped in my opinion. it healed over but has left a bump. all the other ingrown hairs i popped have all gone and the skin is flat except the one im talking about now. its been over 7 months and the lump is still there. should i still attempt to pop it again? cause i cant stand that its been there for so long.
