Would this break me out? I don't have any trouble with milk or yogurt?

Without trying it you just won't know.

I use whey protein isolate and it doesn't effect but ive head others say it breaks them out.

I tried stevia flavored whey iso without lactose and I still got breakouts. I guess I might be allergic to whey or it might be because of igf-1 in whey.

I remember this shit breaking me out I was so fuckin pissed, it gave me some massive cysts on each side of my face.

Some time it may not be just the protein.

There are a lot of bad products out there with a lot of bad stuff. You essentially get what you pay for. You buy cheap it will be cheap so one has to be very careful when buying whey protein

There is a famous doctor who believes that lectin-free diet is the way to go for treating acne. He reccomends eating questbars (google them). Not sure if they cause acne (or which food does, as I still breakout regularly)
