So yesterday I noticed a spot on my chin that felt a bit sore when I pressed down on it. It only hurts when I press down; otherwise it doesn't hurt. Usually I would think this means a pimple coming, but there is no sign of even the slightest bump on the skin. It's completely flat. It's not even inflamed or red either, just slightly pink. Usually my pimples develop fast when they're coming; within a day.

I've never had an actual cyst before. I've had nodules, I guess, or very hard pimples that eventually came to a head and were able to be popped. I can't even really feel a noticeable bump beneath the skin, or any kind of hardness. It just feels like sore tissue. Does this mean a cyst is coming?? I've had this on other parts of my face and they just went away within a few days..

thats how mine used to start or if I was lucky they wouldn't develop into a cyst,
with a cyst the poison is deep down unlike a spot/pimple which comes to the surface.
