my face has been improving somewhat but my back is SO acne-prone... i get new clogged pores and pimples almost everyday. i've tried exfoliating and salicylic acid but they didnt seem to help. i'm so depressed about this, i'm a girl and i would like to show off my back once in a while but it looks so ugly! please tell me what i can do to get rid of these marks and prevent more spots! PLEASEEE

Have you tried glycolic acid?
My back used to look similar to yours, but a year or 2 ago I tried acne.org's AHA+ on my back. Within a couple of months I had no new outbreaks. I carried on using it to help reduce the marks left behind.
