Hi I have these 2 red pimple looking things on my right buttcheek not like inside or anything :s. Like on the cheek itself. I ignored it for a few months but now its gotten annoying and I tried to pop the bigger one and a bunch of pus came out and it really smells. But it came back and I pop it every so often and it comes back.

That would be a boil. Boils can go away on their own within a week or so, but if you keep popping it that can make it worse and spread the infection. Since it keeps returning, you should go to the doctor as soon as you can.
