Hi to everyone!
My name is Eliza, I’m from Russia (Moscow)
I'm 22 years old. I have acne since 14 years. Now I use the Regiment for 1 mouth. And my skin is felling so bad now. AFTER CLEANSE I have dryness, tightness on forehead and around eyes. When I use BP I feel nothing, no itchy. I feel bad only after cleanse. May be u advise me?
In Russia we have very hard water for skin (my English is sucks, sorry) Can I use lotion instead of water? What do u think?

do not use any kind of these product's,they just boomed their growth.do regular exercise,drink tons of water(sweat will remove toxic substance from your body and more water more urin more toxic substance out of your system)it'll help as it is helping me

Use a gel facial wash it doesn't dry your skin as the foam types.
And you could buy a water filter to attach it to shower head if your water is too hard.
