i will be posting FYE's from now on as i solve acne for myself.

dheas, dht, igf-1.

dheas = sleep, melatonin this backs up a bros post on his theory of melatonin acne acne

dht= masturbation to name a few

igf 1 = high glycemic, insulin resistance, todays food white bread


then i found this on melatonin and dheas. explains why i got acne out of the blue after only sleeping 4 hours. http://anthropogeny....Restriction.htm

i am developing a diet and a life style for this disease

everyone says to get rid of sugars and carbs and theres goes the acne. but i will not do this today or tomorow. i can't. i was raised on terrible food and have made great strides to improve but i can't give up white bread and all those starches. i am addicted to them as they may be opiates: http://www.drbriffa....-of-the-masses/

i would do cinnamon as well but i read its dangerous so i wont

for the dht because i still fap all the time i will continue by epo supplementaiton because it supposedly inhibits dht altho i dont beleive this it could be true. the dhea is the hardest to control. i will not be working outside in the sun. i may consider covering my windows with foil paper even thought that will make me feel like im crazy hahahha. i will make sure i get enuff sleep at all times. i will do these three things

but even so it will be hard to tell what happens since i am also taking zinc have been taking d3 for 1 month 10 days. the d3 should kick in at 3 months anyway so lol how do i know whats working. im also doing honey topical and lemon juice drink so it will be impossible to tell if this works. but i guess if i get 100% clear i will say this is what did it for me

i feel happy with butter flies in the stomach because i did a thing once and i was 100% clear of acne. i remember the day vaguely. i know i did many things. on those 2 days i applied acv 4 times in one day and drank acv with every meal i beleive this is what did it.

now i really wanna know why my acne came around at age 11. why not when i was born? i had dheas, dht, and igf when i was born. the only thing that started at puberty was fapping, and puberty itself

once again im taking epo for dht

acv for igf-1

apparently Androstenedione also causes acne. i dont know what this is tho so yah

Basically my theory is that masturbation doesnt directly raise dht. Masturbation/sex raise prolactin levels. the more prolactin the more 5-alpha-reductase. 5-alpha-reductase converts testosterone to dht which in turn causes acne. So we may need to lower our prolactin levels to stop acne. This zinc lowers prolactin which may be why that helps alot of people. I personally breakout if i masturbate more than twice a week. I'm going to try lowering my prolactin levels to try to stop my acne in its track. I think people should try targeting prolactin instead, rather than dht because lowering prolactin will indirectly lower dht. I have links to all my studies on my thread.

great advice oner. i have been drinking acv for 1 week now and i have been very clear but i am also taking zinc methionine and i really think that is what is clearing me

do you know if we loose zinc when we masturbate? i have read we do but i can't find any clear conclusive evidence. maybe you know? because i used to wack and get acne and when i stopped wacking no more acne after 3 days. but then i started zinc and i can wack all i want and still no acne.
