Hey guys! So Ive had pityrosporum folliculitis since about summer, though I only just realized what is was about a month ago? Anyways I got some nizoral and it completely cleared up within two weeks! Unfortunately it flared up again, luckily not as bad as before but still pretty bad ): what else can I do for it? I'm gonna get some head and shoulders and propylene glycol and switch between all three to try to keep it under control. I also have some tolnaftate anti-fungal spray do you think that would work? Sorry for all the questions! Thanks!

Oh and ps: will it ever go away? I keep seeing posts that say it never goes away....

You need to do maintenance at least once a week with the nizoral. Hope this helps.
